Nexus DX™ ELISA Test Kits

Nanogen has developed a range of ELISA test kits for the detection of biochemical markers (S100, NSE, MBP and TM) in human serum.

The ELISA test kits are for research use only and are packaged in 96 well plate format. End-users may run 88 single samples and 8 standards and controls (supplied) per kit. Detection is achieved by measuring absorbance on a standard ELISA plate reader.
