Thrombomodulin (TM) is a transmembrane glycoprotein located on the surface of the endothelial cells lining the arteries, veins, and capillaries of the body.

The Nexus DX™ Thrombomodulin RUO* test kit is specific for thrombomodulin glycoprotein which is composed of 575 amino acids and has a molecular weight of about 60.3 kDa.
